the staff were friendly and helpful . breakfast had a good selection of options. the hotel provides a large free car park .
my room was quite noisy due to its location on the ground floor. some of the towels had noticeable stains. the hotel seems to need a major refurbishment throughout.

i found the staff to be helpful and pleasant . the location was excellent for exploring the town. Parking was convenient with ample facilities available , a significant benefit given the central location. i thought the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices , whether you wanted continental or a full welsh breakfast.

The double room included an iron , ironing board , and a kettle for making tea and coffee. There was also a small fridge available , suitable for keeping drinks cool throughout my stay. It provided basic amenities , which was useful.

charmed stay at a great location
cute reception well trained staff member comfortable room excellent breakfast
the reception was very cute, and the staff member who checked me in was knowledgeable. the room was large and comfortable. i found the restaurant quite good, and breakfast was excellent. it was convenient to walk to the city center and the theater.
the room was freezing until the heating came on automatically in the late afternoon.

The room had plentiful hot water and a good desk with lighting, a nice tv height. the available free parking was convenient. The room was clean and tidy, offering a quiet stay. the beds had lovely, comfortable mattresses.

cute staff excellent reception amazing food accommodating service
the staff were cute from the first phone call and accommodating to all our needs! even though our plans changed, reception was excellent. that service extended to the bar staff and waitresses. the food was AMAZING!!!
the tv signal wasn't working so that was disappointing.

i saw easy parking because of the large car park on site. there is also a covered smoking area. rooms were clean and tidy with large comfortable beds, a real plus for any traveler.
